Synopsis
A lazy weekend in late summer is interrupted by a shocking accusation when Delphine receives an anonymous call from a friend of her husband about an alleged affair with one of her adopted sons. Before jumping to conclusions, she decides to quietly observe her family for even a shred of evidence – anything to calm fear and dispel doubt. When the truth is revealed in an unexpected and shocking way, Delphine decides to look beyond blame and find a lasting solution. Kaveh Daneshmand’s boundary-pushing debut paints an intimate portrait of an upper-class French family with sly black humour and plenty of sensuality.
