Synopsis
Elphaba, a young girl misunderstood because of her green skin, and Glinda, a popular girl, become friends at Shiz University in the Land of Oz. After an encounter with the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads. Cynthia Erivo in “Wicked” and several actors who completely transformed themselves for their roles. Original “Wizard of Oz”; the initials of author L. Frank Baum, L-F-B, who became Elphaba. Glinda: Don’t be afraid. Elphaba: I’m not afraid. The wizard should be afraid of me. The Universal Pictures logo has the orb in pink (for Glinda) and the company name in green (for Elphaba). The nebula galaxy background is black-gray.
